I am Jo van IJzeren. I was born in 1964, trained as a lawyer and have years of experience as a legal business partner. Business contacts, colleagues and fellow lawyers describe me as practical, enterprising with good analytical skills and a focus on troubleshooting. I am a team player, think in processes, dare to venture off the beaten track and am thoroughly professional at everything.

I have a long track record as a legal business partner, having worked for ForFarmers for over twenty years, most recently as Director of Legal Affairs. At this multinational company, I was in charge of such things as scheduling and all legal aspects of the many mergers, takeovers and divestments the company undertook. My work contributed to ForFarmers’ increase in its turnover - from 150 million to 2.2. billion euros in 17 years - and it becoming Europe’s largest feed supplier. I also supervised the “equity on name” project and ForFarmers’ IPO.
