PSI (Price Sensitive Information)
Based on a number of questions, the PSI app leads you to the conclusion whether a subject is price-sensitive, potentially price-sensitive or not price- sensitive and immediately provides good documentation.
The smart questionnaire ultimately leads to clear reporting. This way you can see at a glance which information is price sensitive, potentially price sensitive or not price sensitive and you immediately meet the documentation obligation. This app can be customized specific for any country.
MAR (Market Abuse Regulation)
Step by step, down to the smallest detail, fill in all relevant issues and see in the clear dashboard where you are not (yet) compliant, what the prescribed and what the recommended matters are.
